SignalUp is committed to making signalup.net usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We review the site regularly and fix issues as we find them.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and lists so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
- A visible “Skip to main content” link and keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Text alternatives for images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Labeled form fields with clear error and success messages announced to screen readers.
- Color contrast targets that meet WCAG 2.1 AA, with color never used as the only cue.
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer less animation.
- Responsive layouts that work at 200% zoom and on mobile screens.
Known limitations
Some downloadable documents, such as our Venue Terms and Conditions PDF, may not be fully tagged for screen readers. An accessible version of any document is available on request at no cost — just contact us and we will send it to you.
